The IKEA hack bookcase and window seat we built in our son’s room adds so much to the space, but I had an idea to make it more custom! For this project we added pine trim boards to the back of the open shelves. This helps with the flamey back panel that comes with the IKEA furniture become more solid and brings in an added custom detail!
